Shipping Policy

Below you will find all information about how your order is produced, shipped and delivered.


We want your experience to be smooth and transparent, so please take a moment to read our shipping details.

 

 

1. Production Time (Print-on-Demand):

 

Each item is made especially for you.

This allows us to offer fresh, high-quality items and avoid overproduction.

 

Production time: 2–5 business days

During busier seasons, production may take slightly longer.


Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

 

 

2. Shipping Times:


Once production is complete, your order will be shipped.

Estimated delivery times:

Worldwide: 6-10 business days


These are estimates and can vary depending on customs, carrier capacity, weather conditions and local postal services. We always do our best to ensure timely delivery.

 

 

3. Shipping Costs:

 

Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

We offer free shipping on orders over 100 €.

 

 

4. Tracking Information:

 

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Some destinations may offer limited tracking depending on local carriers.

 

 

5. Address Accuracy:


To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your address before finalizing your order.

 

We cannot refund or replace orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package returns to us for this reason, reshipping costs may apply.

 

 

6. Lost or Delayed Packages:

 

If your package appears delayed, please allow some additional time.

Delays can occur due to customs processing, weather issues, or carrier delays outside our control.


If a shipment shows no movement for:

  • 30 days (within the EU)
  • 45 days (international)

 

please contact us at support@lolitasinz.com and we will be happy to help.

A package is considered lost only once the carrier confirms non-delivery.

 

 

7. Customs, Duties and Import Fees:


Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges set by your country’s customs authorities.

These fees must be covered by the customer.


If customs fees are refused and the package is returned, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund or store credit.

Any carrier handling fees or return costs are also not covered.

 

 

8. Damaged or Defective Items:


If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we are here to help.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lolitasinz.com with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item
  • photos of the packaging and shipping label

 

We will review your case and arrange a replacement if eligible.

 

 

9. Split Shipments:

 

To get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

This does not affect shipping costs.

 

 

10. Carrier Selection:

 

We work with a variety of trusted carriers.

Carriers are selected automatically based on your location and current logistics conditions.

 

 

11. Non-Deliverable Packages:

 

A package may be returned to us if:

  • the address is incomplete or incorrect
  • the carrier cannot complete delivery
  • customs duties remain unpaid
  • the customer is unavailable during delivery attempts


In such cases, reshipping fees apply.

Refunds are not available for undeliverable packages.
