By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the item(s).

A purchase contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation email.


We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:

  • technical errors
  • incorrect pricing
  • unavailable materials
  • operational issues

 

If this occurs, we will refund you in full.

 

 

3. Prices & Payment:

 

All prices include taxes where applicable.

Payment is collected at the time of purchase.

 


4. Made-to-Order Production:

 

All items are made on demand, created individually after the order is placed.

Due to this:

  • orders cannot be changed or canceled after checkout
  • exchanges are not possible
  • slight variations in print, color, or fabric texture may occur

 

 

5. Shipping & Delivery:

 

We ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery time:

Delivery times vary depending on customs, carrier delays, and season.

Once shipped, delays are outside our control.

 

 

6. Customs, Taxes & Import Fees:


International orders may incur:

  • import taxes
  • VAT charges
  • carrier handling fees

 

These fees:

  • are not included in our product or shipping prices
  • are non-refundable
  • must be paid by the customer

 

If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs/import fees,

we cannot issue a refund or store credit.

As each item is custom-made, we cannot offer exchanges for size, color, or style.

 

If you need a different item or size, you are welcome to place a new order.

 

 

8. Returns, Refunds & Withdrawals:

  • the 48-hour defect reporting window
  • EU 14-day withdrawal rights
  • store credit only for non-EU returns
  • no returns for sale items
  • strict inspection standards
  • up to 100% value deductions for worn/used items
  • customer responsibility for return shipping
  • no refunds for untracked returns that do not arrive

9. Product Appearance:

 

We aim to display items as accurately as possible.

However, small variations in color or print may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or fabric type.


Such variations do not constitute defects.
